Viewing Trip Emails

To view the email history for a trip request, navigate to the trips tab.



Locate the trip you want to see email communication for and click on the Trip Request Number.




Once inside the trip request, click on the envelope button on the right side of the screen.



The email summary tab in the trip request shows who the recipient of the email is, the subject, the content, and the date it was sent. It will also show who sent the communication.
