Changing Drivers and Vehicle on an Assigned Trip Kathryn Johnson Updated July 25, 2024 19:44 To change the assigned vehicle or driver on a trip, click on the trip number to open the trip request. Once the trip request is open, navigate to the assignment section using the icons on the right. In the assignment section, click “Change Vehicle.” Use the checkbox next to the vehicle you want to assign to the trip. Then, use the “Reserve Vehicle and Driver(s)” to change the vehicle and driver assignment. Using this button will reassign the trip with both the vehicle and the driver attached to that vehicle. If you only want to change the vehicle and not the driver, click the “Reserve Vehicle” button. This will not change the driver assignment. In the assignment section, use the dropdown menu to select or type in a new driver. Once the appropriate driver is selected, click “save.” Was this article helpful?
