Kathryn Johnson Updated July 25, 2024 19:45 Only users assigned to the Super Admin and Transportation Admin and sometimes the Limited Admin role can change the setup tables. The Super Admin role is reserved for your support staff only. Sign in as a Transportation Admin to see who has access. Roles To view the permission for each role, click in the top right-hand corner of your screen where the half-person icon is. Click on “Roles” in the drop-down menu. Click on the name of any role in your system to see the brief description of the permissions for that role. Some may have checkboxes where you can expand or limit access to features and tools in Travel Tracker Trips. Users To see which roles users are assigned, click in the top right-hand corner of your screen where the half-person icon is. Click on “Users” in the drop-down menu. You can sort the User list alphabetically by name, email, or role. You can use the search bar to look for a specific user, email, or role. Was this article helpful?
