How to Locate Trips for a Specific School or Month

To view trips for a specific month and school, navigate to the Trips tab.

The Trips tab defaults to showing upcoming trips – or trips that have not happened yet. Clear the Upcoming filter by clicking the X in the search bar.
 

By Month

Then, go to Filters – Date – Date Range.
 
Select the start and end date for the month you want to see trips for. Click Apply.
 

By Location

Then, go to Filters – Location and select the school you want to see trips for.
 
Once filtered, the list will only show trips between the dates selected.
 
To open a trip, click the trip number.
 
 
Click the printer icon to print this trip list under the current filter.
