How to Cancel a Trip Request

When you log in to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. Select My Upcoming Trips.



On the “My Upcoming Trips” panel, locate the trip you need to reschedule. Click the three dots to the right of the trip record.



Select Cancel from the menu options.
If you do not see “Cancel,” you do not have permission and will need to contact an administrator in your district.



Put your reason for canceling the trip. Click Cancel Trip.



You will see a green confirmation message that the trip was successfully canceled.
