When you log in to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. Select My Upcoming Trips. On the My Upcoming Trips panel, locate the trip you need permission slips for. Click the three dots to the right of the trip record. Select Permission Slip from the menu options. Select what language you’d like to print the permission slip.
