Viewing the Approval Flow at the Top of the Trip Request Record Kathryn Johnson Updated July 25, 2024 19:46 All users can see the approval flow and approvers for a trip request at the top of the trip record. Viewing the Approval Flow To view the approval flow for a request, navigate to the Trips tab. Click on the trip number to open the request record. Approved Trips The approval flow shows at the top of the screen for a trip request record. The approval level will have a green check to the left for already approved trips. Pending Approval For Trips that are still pending approval, the current level of approval is highlighted in blue. Who is the Approver? To view who the approver is at each level, hover your cursor over the approval level title. A bubble will appear with the approver’s name and email. Was this article helpful?
