Adding Comments to a Trip Kathryn Johnson Updated July 25, 2024 19:47 Any user with access to a trip can enter a comment that stays with the trip (requester, owner, admin, etc.). When a comment is entered in a trip, it should be visible in the comments icon when the trip is open. Adding a Comment to a Trip To add a comment to a trip, navigate to the trips page. On the trips page, open the trip to which you want to add a comment by clicking on the trip number. Once inside the trip listing, click the comment button to the right. Type your comment into the comment box and click Save. This comment will stay with the trip record in the comment section. You can view all historical comments for a trip here.
