Why Do Some Trips Have Exclamation Points? Trips Happening in 5 Days Pending Approval Jacob Fullhart Updated December 02, 2024 15:29 As an approver, you may notice some trips with red exclamation points to the top left of the trip record. These exclamation points indicate that a trip is happening in 5 days and is still pending approval. Trips with an exclamation point need immediate attention. Locating Trips Occurring in 5 Days Since these trips may need your urgent attention, you might want to filter for them in the trips tab. To do so, navigate to the Trips tab. Then, go to Filters – General – Needs Attention (5 Days). This filter option limits the trip list to only trips happening in 5 days or less. Any trips that fall in this filter need immediate attention. Click on the trip number to open and approve the trip record or request changes. Read this article to learn more about Requesting Changes.
